Controller (Reporting)

Job Description: 

Firm is going to take the management company public. 

Role will be part of the management co. 

-              GAAP accounting 

-              S1, 10K, 10Q reporting 

-               

-              Assist firm in getting ready for IPO of mgmt. co 

-              Responsible for SEC filings 

-              Develop controls  

-              Develop policies and procedures  

-              Work with new BOD, make presentation to BOD

Qualifications  

-              8-10 years experience 

-                 

-              From public accounting with relevant experience, or a publicly traded asset manager with relevant experience     

-              GAAP experience – technically savvy  

-              Internal Controls experience  

-              Experience with S1, 10K, 10Q filings
