Role Overview  

The COO will lead all operational functions, driving efficiency, consistency, and quality. This hands-on role supports a small, focused team, enhancing workflows and systems to sustain long-term success.  

Key Responsibilities   

• Lead all operational functions for the firm, including but not limited to: 
• Overseeing outsourced accounting and compliance functions  
• Building, maintaining, and leveling-up vendor, research, and broker relationships  
• Coordinating and managing external research consultants  
• Optimizing workflows across operations, research, compliance, and data systems  
• Helping to develop robust data systems to enhance research and operations  
• Leading by example, executing tasks directly while improving processes  
• Fostering our firm ethos and culture of heads-down rigor, humility, quality, and durability  

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of operations experience 
• Hands-on approach with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
