Job Description
Provide a high level of executive assistant support to 2 partners as well as 2 VP’s on the investment team
- Managing complex calendar business calendars, coordinating and monitoring travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car service, itineraries)
- Prepare/edit Board meeting presentations and materials as well as deal-books
- Update/maintain contact database
- Complete expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Deal with firm vendors such as IT, Phone System, Supplies, Caterers
- Personal support includes (5%): personal travel, calendar coordination, etc., very minimal and basic
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of years as an Executive Assistant in professional in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including well-developed experience using Microsoft Office to maximize effectiveness in role (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Must be highly organized, accurate and discreet when gathering/organizing/communicating information.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with limited supervision and to follow directions and established protocols.
- Strong team player, skilled at building successful relationships and identifying key contacts.
- Flexible, confident, approachable and personable style.
Office Schedule/ Hours: 830/9 to 6/630, work from home every other Thursday & Friday.
