Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating complex schedules and logistics, anticipating principals’ needs, prioritizing tasks, liaising with internal business units and external parties, offering support for key projects, planning travel and events, and providing general administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- We seek a flexible, diligent individual with well-developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as keen organizational, analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities. Executive assistants at our firm are accustomed to having ownership over their work product and thrive in fast-paced work environments.
- Applicants should have at least six to eight years of relevant experience, excel at working independently and as part of a team, and be able to successfully manage multiple projects at once with a proactive approach. The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as are exceptional Microsoft Office suite skills (particularly Outlook). Experience using Confluence is a plus.
