Fund Accountant

Job Description 

• Work closely with CFO, Finance, Legal, IR Team members and other investment professionals/partners within the firm 
• Liaise with auditors and fund administrator 
• Review materials prepared by fund administrator: capital call notices, distribution notices, waterfall/management fee calculations, PCAPs, quarterly/annual financial statements 
• Review quarterly investment valuations prepared by investment professionals. Prepare summary materials for the Valuation Committee 
• Work closely with the CCO completing the Form PF and regulatory filings 
• Settle credit investment transactions 
• Respond to LP requests 

Qualifications 

• Degree in accounting (CPA or equivalent qualification is required) 
• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, credit and/or venture 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills such as pivot tables, vlookup, etc. 
• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and have strong attention to detail 
• Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively
