Fund Accountant

Job Description
- Work closely with CFO, Finance, Legal, IR Team members and other investment professionals/partners within the firm
- Liaise with auditors and fund administrator
- Review materials prepared by fund administrator: capital call notices, distribution notices, waterfall/management fee calculations, PCAPs, quarterly/annual financial statements
- Review quarterly investment valuations prepared by investment professionals. Prepare summary materials for the Valuation Committee
- Work closely with the CCO completing the Form PF and regulatory filings
- Settle credit investment transactions
- Respond to LP requests
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting (CPA or equivalent qualification is required)
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, credit and/or venture
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills such as pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and have strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively
