GC/CCO

Our client is a $3B AUM investment fund seeking a General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer (first-time hire). They are seeking a professional with BDC or private credit fund experience. The GC/CCO will be responsible for their three lines of business: BDC, growth equity, and entertainment advisory. They have recently been examined by the SEC and passed without any issues. The individual will be responsible for overseeing internal and external legal and compliance matters.
