Job Description

  • Handle sensitive data/information with the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards. 
  • Assist in the creation, implementation and monitoring of client Investment Policy Statements. 
  • Maintain proprietary software application to monitor several aspects of all portfolios including asset allocation, sector/geographic allocation, passive/active exposure, fixed income yield/duration/credit quality, etc.   
  • Identify deviations from targeted portfolio allocations and opportunities to improve portfolios. 
  • Analyze tax implications of proposed portfolio changes.  
  • Present proposed portfolio changes to the Investment Committee.  
  • Prepare summary of trades for execution and review with trading team.  
  • Coordinate with client team on new portfolios to understand parameters, preferences, and constraints. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Engineering or Mathematics. 
  • CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, or CPWA designations are desirable but not required. 
  • Innovative and curious with a desire to continuously learn about portfolio management and investments.  
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.   
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and oral forms. 
  • Collaborative and adaptive team player with a proven track record of working effectively in diverse team environments.
