Job Description

  • Review workpapers prepared by fund administrator and ensure the database is accurate  
  • Lead weekly calls with fund administrator regarding fund activity  
  • Coordinate with fund administrator to ensure a smooth quarterly close  
  • Review financials prepared by fund administrator  
  • Assist in quarterly and annual financial reporting process  
  • Assist with the implementation of new accounting system, including uploading and reviewing data between systems  
  • Review/prepare partner correspondence – including partner data requests, due diligence requests during fundraising and audit confirmations  
  • Assist in drawdown and distribution process  
  • Ensure compliance with partnership agreement  
  • Assist with special projects and presentations as required 



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, prior fund accounting experience a plus  
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy  
  • Proven ability to work well in and contribute to a team environment  
  • Has excellent attention to detail, and executes responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel  
  • Knowledge of Allvue a plus
